I received Error 54, what should I do next?

If you received "We can't find this sensor's serial number. Please contact support", then immediately contact support via our submit a request form and include the following details:

  1. Mention that you received Error 54.
  2. Confirm if this is (or isn't) your first time pairing your Playermaker 2.0 sensors to your account.
  3. Your left and right sensor serial numbers (please refer to this article to find your serial numbers on the Playermaker 2.0 app).
  4. Proof of purchase.

After we receive the above details from you, we will help you resolve this issue ASAP.
