- Ensure that your device is fully charged
- Modify your device as you wish, such as changing around massage heads or extension arms if applicable
- Press and hold the circle button on the top to power on the device
- Press the power button quickly to cycle between speed levels
- When you are finished using the device, press and hold the top circle button to turn it off.
