If the Baby Monitor fails to record videos, please try the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Please make sure your camera is online.
2. Please make sure you have enabled sound detection in your camera settings. Steps: Camera Settings > Sound Detection.
3. Increase the sound detection sensitivity level.
4. If the above steps can't solve the issue, please remove the camera and add it again in the eufy Baby app.
