If your eufy Baby Monitor 2K Wi-Fi failed to record videos, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

Storage Methods

In order to save video recordings, eufy Baby Monitor 2 requires one of the following storage methods.

  • A Class-10 micro SD card (16GB to 128GB) inserted into the camera.
  • An active eufy cloud backup subscription.
  • An active Network Attached Storage (NAS).

Camera Settings

Please verify the following settings have been enabled and correctly configured for the camera to record videos.

  • Baby Monitor 2 is turned on: eufy app > Me > My Devices > Baby Monitor 2 > Settings > Camera On is enabled.
  • Baby Monitor 2’s Sound Detection function has been configured and a proper sensitivity level has been set: eufy app > Me > My Devices > Baby Monitor 2 > Settings > Sound Detection > Sound Detection is enabled.
