What should I do if I cannot find my phone using my SmartTrack Card/Link?

If you cannot find your phone using your SmartTrack Card/Link, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • For Android phones: The Find My Device feature is available on phones with Android 6.0 and newer, but the Find My Device network requires Android 9.0 and newer.

  • For Android phones: Please do not select Power Optimization mode.

  • Confirm the Phone Finder switch is enabled in the eufy app.

  • Ensure the location is set to “Always Allowed” with notification enabled.

  • If the phone is out of the SmartTrack Card/Link’s Bluetooth range, it will not receive a signal from the device.

  • If the phone is within the SmartTrack Card/Link’s Bluetooth range, the phone’s volume may be low. Please walk around with the SmartTrack Card/Link to reconnect it to the phone and listen to the ringer.
