If the SmartTrack Card/Link is out of the phone’s Bluetooth range, please walk around with the phone to reconnect it to the device.
Please keep the phone's Bluetooth enabled while you search for the SmartTrack Card/Link.
Enable the “Lost Mode” feature, so other users can contact you when they find your SmartTrack Card/Link.
