If you noticed the SmartTrack Link is offline, please try the following tips:
1. In case the SmartTrack Link is not reachable, please walk around to reconnect the device.
2. Keep the phone's Bluetooth activated during the process and try to find it one more time.
3. If neither helps, please turn on "Lost Mode", so others could contact you when they find the SmartTrack Link.
