What does the base do?
The device base allows for direct cooking setup and charges the probe, while simultaneously monitoring temperatures and relaying data to your smart device or tablet.
What’s the connection range of between the probe and the base?
The probes feature up to 3000 feet open-air connectivity range with the base, while the base can also be connected to your smart phone via Wi-Fi with an unlimited range.
Are batteries required?
The probe and the base contain permanent, internal, rechargeable lithium batteries. Additional removable batteries are not required.
How do I check the serial number of my device?
You can check it by opening the base stand or scan the QR code. On the App：click “…” icon on the in the upper right corner, then click "Base",then you can see the "Base SN".
