What should I do if my Thermomaven probe stops connecting?

Make sure your probe is charged. Clean the probe's surfaces if they are dirty, as this can interfere with charging. Check the charging icon on the base to verify that the probe is charging. Please refer to the cleaning methods How do I clean the probe? Ensure that your probe is not obstructed by tin foil or metallic objects. If it is, expose the end of the probe to the tinfoil. Keep the base and probe as close together as possible.
